ABOUT ME

JG Strategy & Communications is led by Principal and Founder Jennie Goldstein, who brings 15+ years of experience in strategy, operations, and organizational change. Her approach is rooted in conflict management and facilitation, and supported by an MBA from the Yale School of Management. As a firm, we work with leaders to align on what matters most and build the foundation to get there. Our focus is on identifying alignment and divergence, naming conflict, and determining where priorities and accountability truly lie.

Leadership teams come to us at inflection points, whether scaling, transforming, or navigating new systems — exactly where decision making and execution tend to get messy. Our past work spans from grassroots and national nonprofits to global financial services, as well as pre-seed to publicly-traded tech companies. This breadth of experience enables us to translate complexity into clear roles, responsibilities, and paths forward. Through deep listening and an ability to articulate nuance without losing sight of the people impacted by change, we help leaders make decisions together and build the systems to follow through.

Jennie is a native New Yorker and alumna of NYC public schools, and holds an MBA from Yale and a BA from Middlebury College. She lives in Brooklyn with her family and too many cookbooks.
