JG Strategy

& Communciations

Organizations work when people communicate directly, make decisions together, and follow through.

We work with leaders to surface tensions and build the foundation for teams to go from stuck and uncertain to executing with clarity and confidence.

Leadership teams come to us at inflection points, whether scaling, transforming, or navigating new systems — exactly where decision making and execution tend to get messy.

strategic planning

Leaders think:
We have limited resources and no one agrees on how to move forward.

Beneath that:
The team doesn’t feel heard and therefore isn’t ready to listen. Competing priorities mean effort and resources are spread in too many directions.

We help:
Build a strategy that reconciles competing priorities and establishes a shared direction the organization can execute on.

process alignment & facilitation

Leaders think:
Our team isn’t working well and things keep falling through the cracks.

Beneath that:
Teams are operating in silos, tensions go unspoken, and no one is sure who owns what or how decisions get made.

We help:
Establish mutual understanding, respect, and an agreed-upon plan that matches the reality of how the work gets done.

systems & tech transformation

Leaders think:
Our systems are broken and everyone has a different workaround.

Beneath that:
The tech stack is outdated, mismatched, or wasn’t implemented correctly. Even when the tools are right, behavior can be the real bottleneck.

We help:
Align behavior and tools so people can do their work efficiently, without constant workarounds or frustration.

So how do we get there?

Surface tensions early and gently.

Reconcile competing priorities.

Ensure people feel heard before asking them to listen.

Make decisions legitimate enough to be upheld.

Design for outcomes, relationships, and execution.

This work is not for leaders who want quick fixes or consensus. It’s for leaders who are willing to slow down, confront tensions, and stand behind real decisions.

Why us?

We bring a deep understanding of how strategy, behavior, and execution fit together.

Our work draws on the experience of our Founder and Principal, Jennie Goldstein, who has spent 15+ years working with leaders in nonprofits, financial firms, and early-stage organizations to reconcile competing priorities and translate complexity into clear expectations, ownership, and a path forward. Jennie brings expertise in strategy, operations, and organizational change, supported by an MBA from the Yale School of Management.

If this resonates, let’s get you on the path forward.
